Are you an architect, designer, or builder who is dedicated to sustainability? Then the Austin Green Awards might be just the thing for you… and you’re in luck because they’re currently accepting nominations for their 2017 season.
The Austin Green Awards is Austin’s first recognition program to specifically highlight outstanding accomplishments in the broad arena of sustainable design and innovation.
As its website explains, “Austin has a long legacy of reverence for the environment and retains a vibrant quality of life even as it experiences significant growth. Its spirited embrace of innovation and creativity, inspired by a deep environmental ethic, has resulted in notable sustainably inspired accomplishments. It’s time for Austin to acknowledge its homegrown sustainable design and innovation leadership.”
Nominations in the categories of building and sites (including landscapes and infrastructure) will be accepted from individuals, firms, and organizations through September 22nd.
