Seaholm Intake Building

From Austin Energy Green Building –

Is there a blueprint for a flexible building? This seminar explores designing for a building’s evolution. Using adaptability to drive the design of buildings provides for changes in budgets, use, operations, codes, technology and ownership over time. Speakers will discuss future-proofing parking garages for auto-less cities and repurposing the historic Seaholm Waterfront Intake Building into a dynamic community asset.
