Kale and Collard Harvest

From Partners in Education, Agriculture, and Sustainability (PEAS) –
Come join us…FOR YOUR HEALTH! 🙂 The farm is looking good thanks to all the hard work from our volunteers in August, September, and October! Come harvest some kale and collards! Use your food processor to break them down and add them to any soup, salad, or mixed dish!
Gardening as a community provides many health benefits!
– Great exercise
– Access to healthy/organic produce
– Real-time social network (get to know your neighbors)
– Vitamin N (that’s N for Nature….come and get it!)
