In November of 2016, notices of protest to four disposal well applications by NGL Solutions were submitted to the RRC. The proposed site of the wells are just north of Saragosa, Texas placing them less than ten miles from Balmorhea State Park, San Solomon Springs.
September a “PREHEARING CONFERENCE” was held.
November 28th a “HEARING “ was scheduled and postponed (the morning of the hearing) until January 9th, 2018.
Now, per the “NOTICE OF PREHEARING CONFERENCE” the “HEARING” scheduled for January 9th, has been reclassified as a “PREHEARING” conference.
