From the Sustainable Food Center –

Get a hands-on experience in planning your garden for the spring and summer seasons. Learn about vegetables and varieties appropriate for the warm season climate, companion plants, garden tracking, and harvest calendars. We will also touch on organic fertilizers and pest control. Plant an appropriate warm season garden bed in the Teaching Garden with the help of the Teaching Garden Coordinator.
