Zero Waste Seminar

From Austin Energy Green Building –

Austin has a goal of Zero Waste by 2040. City departments are collaborating on initiatives to help the community reach this goal of keeping at least 90 percent of discarded materials out of the landfill. This seminar will outline how green building contributes to the zero waste goals and how the city’s zero waste goal affects the local economy. Speakers will also explore the impact zero waste initiatives have on waste material markets.
