980 Bus Route

What's Inside...

Live or work in Round Rock? Capital Metro has just launched a new express service reaching Round Rock, Scofield Ridge, and Wells Branch.

Route 980 North MoPacExpress is now operating weekday service from Round Rock to downtown Austin.

How to ride
You can park your car at the Round Rock Transit Center or at the New Life Park and Ride and then just jump on a bus. It’s that easy! Plus, this new bus service is using the managed express lanes of MoPac, which means that you’ll get downtown faster than regular traffic (and without having to pay the extra toll). There’s also free wifi onboard. More info>>
