Teachers – are you ready to make this school year the best one yet? Apply for a Bright Green Future Grant and you can earn up to $3,000 for a sustainability project at your school.
Sponsored by the City of Austin Office of Sustainability, the Bright Green Future Grant program is designed to recognize and support innovative projects that will inspire students to become lifelong environmental stewards.
These projects can include:
- Composting systems
- Rainwater harvesting
- Organic gardens or rain gardens
- Bicycle academies
- Wildlife habitats
