Equitable Austin: Professional Development Seminar

Sustainable development improves livability and viability within communities at every scale, for everyone.
This seminar focuses on current planning, development and housing initiatives that help create an equitable and sustainable future for our entire city. Speakers will explore where residential displacement is occurring, who is at risk and the potential impacts on health outcomes and social support structures.
Attendees can also preview the implementation plan for the Strategic Housing Blueprint and learn how participatory design processes empower historically disenfranchised communities to engage with and shape their future environments.
