Free Class: Small Batch Canning

Ever wanted to try canning, but didn’t want to buy all that equipment?  Contrary to popular belief, most people already have almost everything needed for small-batch water-bath canning in their kitchens at home.  Join us Tuesday for a live demonstration by our own Linda Wall, using common pots and tools.  She’ll show you everything you need to know to be able to pick up some canning jars after class and jump right in when you get home.
