Yoga in the Park

From the Austin Parks Foundation –

Classes are held every Monday at 10am

With the help of a chair anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength.

Yoga in the Park offers a wonderful setting for maintaining and improving your physical and mental health. Yoga in the Park classes are free of charge and are led by certified yoga instructors in parks across the city. Please bring your own yoga mat to class.

All classes are subject to cancellation for weather, and park maintenance, so please check our calendarFacebook or Twitter feed for notifications about class cancellations.
