Wunder Pilz

From the Sustainable Food Center –

Join SFC Farmers’ Market vendor Bill Nadalini, from Wunder-Pilz, and learn the craft of fermenting and flavoring kombucha.

In this class, you will learn how to make safe, healthy, and delicious kombucha that is full of beneficial acids and probiotics. Bill will demonstrate the process from start to finish and answer your kombucha questions!

You will leave class with a basic understanding of all stages of kombucha fermentation, a container of kombucha starter culture and how to make it at home!

The price of this class includes a half gallon of mother starter and a glass growler. For an additional fee, you can add on either a 2.5- or 5-gallon fermenting bucket, with spout. See ticket options below.

We will also sample some products by Wunder-Pilz kombucha.

Classes are for adults. Youth ages 12 and up may attend with purchase of an additional ticket and close parent/guardian supervision during class.

Registration closes two business days before class. All attendees must purchase tickets to attend. No walk-ins allowed.
