Gone Wild: Kombucha, Kimchi, and Probiotics

From the Sustainable Food Center –
Join SFC Farmers’ Market vendor Ben Hollander, from Casper Fermentables, and learn the art and craft of fermenting and preserving. In this class, you will learn how to make safe, healthy, and delicious kombucha that is full of beneficial acids and probiotics. Ben will also show you how to make Kimchi and other vegetable preserves from the local area.
You will leave class with a basic understanding of all stages of kombucha fermentation and how to preserve your vegetables. We will also sample some products by Casper Fermentables.
