This luncheon presentation will be a moderated panel discussion with four Texas-based experts and innovators working with technologies to create a “greener” built environment. The discussion will look at the challenges, the successes and the future of tech in the building industry.

This educational session is eligible for 1 CEU AIA/HSW/SD (approval pending).
Attendees will learn:
  • Fundamental physics-based principles support the Perfect Wall and the same applies to “Flawless HVAC”. The qualities of this air are readily controllable and impact our health, comfort and well-being.

  • Modular energy storage and PV integration as a solution for commercial buildings and grid resiliency.

  • The use of software and AI to create alternative design decisions and accountability that can impact the triple bottom line.
