SFC: Seed Saving

From the Sustainable Food Center –

For generations, gardeners have saved seeds to ensure a resilient seed stock and to increase plant diversity. In this class, you’ll learn how to save seeds from your own garden. We’ll cover the full seed saving process including planning, harvesting, processing, and storage. Participants will have the chance to try both wet and dry processing.
