Sierra Club Book Club: Unstoppable By Bill Nye

We’ll be discussing the book “Unstoppable: Harnessing Science to Change the World” by Bill Nye. I have heard good things about this book and look forward to reading it.

**The audible version of this book is narrated by Bill Nye, himself, and I have heard that he’s does a great job.
September’s book will be “Desert Solitare” by Edward Abbey. This book is regarded as one of the finest nature narratives in American literature. He was a park ranger and conservationist. It’s a collection of vignettes about life in the wilderness and the nature of the desert itself.
The book club will meet at the “Rock Garden” picnic tables. These are located uphill from the Zilker Hillside Theater.
