What's Inside...

flash flood watch has been issued for the Austin area from Friday afternoon through Monday morning as a result of Hurricane Harvey. The storm is expected to hit the Gulf Coast of Texas on Friday and bring anywhere from 8 to 20 inches of rain to Central Texas (with the heaviest rainfall coming east of I-35).

Local officials are warning people to be on the lookout for flooding, especially while driving. Information about low water crossings and and local flooding conditions can be found at atxfloods.com. Remember – turn around, don’t drown!
