What is urban nature? What are its unique characteristics? What does it mean that so many of us now live in cities? That’s what Dr. Kevin Anderson will be discussing during his free lecture series throughout the month of March.

 

Anderson is a geographer and philosopher who manages the Center for Environmental Research for Austin Water. This month’s lecture is part of a year-long program called “Nature And The American Mind.” 

 

You can catch this month’s lecture at any of the following locations/times:

 

  • Tuesday, March 20th from noon to 1pm at the Center for Environmental Research
  • Wednesday, March 28th from noon to 1pm at the University of Texas Norman Hackerman Building, Room 1.720
  • Thursday, March 29th from noon to 1pm at One Texas Center, Room 325
